You will support the Project Leader in coordinating, preparing and organizing projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Your duties will include:
- Independently perform and coordinate administrative-technical work for our projects;
- Prepare work instructions, order materials, prepare staff schedules, assist with technical issues and advise on outsourcing of work;
- Monitor project progress and finances;
- Keep project leaders informed of the status of the project;
- Collaborate and consult with Engineering, execution and the Purchasing Department.
