Wij zijn ruim 20 jaar succesvol en actief binnen de arbeidsbemiddeling en specifiek binnen de branches industrie, infra, bouw, installatie- en elektrotechniek. Dit is alleen mogelijk doordat we een grote passie hebben voor het vak en een hoge kwaliteit van dienstverlening kennen.

Mission
Fenci is an employment agency that works with the client to find the optimal solution for filling the human resources organization. We do this by really immersing ourselves in the client, the client’s market, the organization’s corporate culture and ambition. Fenci’s partners conduct the entire search themselves, nothing is outsourced. We identify with the client, have worked on the client side for decades ourselves, and look behind the resume and into the hearts of candidates.
Fenci focuses on only a few discipline/market combinations and we are subject matter experts, we do not take on every job and only start when we are sure we can offer the client the best solution.
