As an HVAC Technical Project Manager, you will be the driving force in realizing high quality HVAC projects from concept to completion. You start from the customer’s functional needs and develop them into a detailed design, being involved in all aspects, technical, commercial and organizational. Whether the projects are small or large, you are responsible for quality, cost and schedule, while maintaining close contact with clients and suppliers.
In this role, your duties include:
- Analyzing existing processes and production facilities and making improvement proposals.
- Conducting consultations with clients at all levels.
- Complete management of projects from estimation to completion, including on-site execution.
- Directing engineering, work preparation and execution.
- Work preparation and preparation of technical schedules.
- Purchasing materials and making purchasing decisions (make-or-buy), including liaison with suppliers.
- Making calculations and quotations.
- Translating market trends and developments into opportunities for the company.
