For our thriving Industry Division, we are enthusiastically looking for a driven Maintenance Superintendent. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of complex projects. You will be the linchpin, coordinating progress and leading a team of mechanics on a daily basis. With your unique approach, where you have an eye for your colleagues as well as the end result, you bring projects to life.
As Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
- Closely monitoring the progress of ongoing projects and ensuring post-completion follow-up, including required follow-up;
- Encouraging and instructing your team members, allowing them to flourish under your leadership;
- When necessary, preparing and monitoring detailed schedules. You will also be responsible for preparing or modifying detail drawings for the benefit of the mechanics;
- Installing technical systems together with your team, including building switchboards and control panels and installing measurement and control equipment;
- Preparing commissionings, performing tests and assisting in commissioning, possibly with own hands;
- Troubleshooting, performing repairs and maintenance work, or supervising these tasks.
