As a High Voltage Project Leader, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating high-voltage installations from 110 kV to 380 kV. You act as the connecting factor between the client’s requirements and the actual implementation. Together with the project manager, you will put together the project team and ensure that the necessary knowledge and expertise are present during the various phases of the project. You will also work on development and innovation in the field of energy transition. Your enthusiasm and encouragement drive the team to achieve the best results, both for the client and the organization, and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere.
A selection of your duties includes:
- Provide operational leadership to a team of engineers, work planners and technical experts, ensuring that they can work under safe conditions;
- Maintain an overview of all phases of design, engineering and implementation, interacting regularly with the client to discuss all aspects of the project.
- Maintain communication with suppliers and/or subcontractors regarding agreements and contracts;
- Monitoring planning, finances with budget management and the logistical process, and providing periodic (financial) reports.
