Fenci is an employment agency that works with the client to find the optimal solution for filling the human resources organization. We do this by really immersing ourselves in the client, the client’s market, the organization’s corporate culture and ambition. Fenci’s partners conduct the entire search themselves, nothing is outsourced. We identify with the client, have worked on the client side for decades ourselves, and look behind the resume and into the hearts of candidates.<\/p>\n
